ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 34 of IPC, in Crime No.144 of 2016, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Chennai CCB-II, Chennai District, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the complainant is the owner of the property, and he executed a general power of attorney in the name of petitioner/A1. On an earlier occasion, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail on the ground that the petitioner is ready to cancel the Sale Deed dated 12.06.2015, bearing document NO.3992/2015. Recordering the same, the petitioner has directed to report before this Court on 21.02.2020 about his honoring the said undertaking 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the in compliance of this Court's direction, the sale Deed, bearing Document No.3992/2015, was cancelled on 26.02.2020 and to that effect he produced the xerox copy of the online encumbrance certificate before this Court.
4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for State, did not dispute the fact submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

appearing on both sides, the interim bail already granted by this Court is made absolute and the conditions imposed in the interim bail is intact, and if any violation, the interim bail granted by this Court shall stand cancelled automatically, without any further reference of this Court.
