Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that these petitioner shall report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.15531/2020 dated 01.10.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. I.ABDUL BASITH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.15531 of 2020 dated 01.10.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the offence was committed against a woman and charge sheet has not yet been filed.

4.Considering the fact that charge sheet has not been filed and also considering the nature of offence, this Court is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

inclined to relax the condition. Accordingtly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is directed to comply with the same condition.
