ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent police to produce the petitioners' daughter viz., Pavithra G, aged about 17 years before this Court and hand over to the petitioners.

On 29.01.2021, this Court passed the following order: "Today, Mr.Syed Mohamed Ali, Sub-Inspector of Police, Gingee Police Station, Villupuram District, is present.

On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
police have registered a case in Crime No.3032 of 2020 under Section 366-A IPC and the investigation is in progress to secure the detenue. In the meanwhile, if the detenue is secured, she may be produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, Villupuram District, under intimation to the petitioners. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, shall pass appropriate orders with regard to the custody of the detenue.
Post the matter on 22.02.2021."

Today, Mr.S.Muruganandam, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Gingee Police Station, Villupuram District, is present. 4.
The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has been secured and she is likely to be produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Gingee.
