Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend time of 15 days for the Petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by the Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.34499 of 2019 dated 02/01/2020.

S.P.ARTHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to comply with the conditional order dated passed in Crl.O.P.No.34499 of 2019 dated 02.01.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
