This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that shall stay at Sivagangai and report before the Inspector of police, Town police Station, Sivagangai everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and he shall not communicate the victim through any mode till the disposal of the case in Crl.O.P.No.30005 of 2022 dated 06.12.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitionershall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
