ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 20.12.2023 and conduct enquiry and to take action against 3rd respondents as per law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first and second respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the petitioner was issued with CSR in CSR No.742 of 2023. Thereafter, a detailed enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as all the allegations are civil in nature between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of landlord and tenancy dispute.

4. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
