Respondents in both the WPs Prayer in W.P.No.13159 of 2013: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records in pursuant to the proceedings of the 3rd respondent vide Na.Ka.No.4491/2011/A3 dated 30.03.2012 and 22.02.2013 in so far as demanding the petitioner to pay Rs.4,24,931/- as service tax for the contract of right to collect toll from the Lorries at the EID Parry in front of the Gate Premises at Ranipet Municipality for the year 2013 - 2014 and quash the same. Prayer in W.P.No.13160 of 2013: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records in pursuant to the proceedings of the 3rd respondent vide Na.Ka.No.4491/2011/A3 dated 30.03.

2012 and 22.02.2013 in so far as demanding the petitioner to pay Rs.7,85,585/- as service tax for the contract of right to collect toll from the Govt. Buses and Private Buses entering in Ranipet Bus Stand Premises at Ranipet for the year 2013-2014 and quash the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
