COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the representations dated 19.12.2922, which is now pending in the office of the respondent / the Registrar of Trade Mark, Guindy, Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.A counter had been filed by the respondent, in which it is stated that the representations are under consideration and will be considered in the order of seniority by the respondent herein.

4.Since the matter is now pending for consideration of the respondent, it would only be prudent on my part to refrain myself from entering into a discussion on the case. At any rate, a direction is issued to the respondent, in accordance with the seniority of the applications pending, without omitting the petitioner in the order of seniority, examine the representations in manner known to law.
