ORDER
This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1/4
second respondent to alter the Sections as under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) and 307 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) instead of Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of the IPC in Crime No.206 of 2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the first information report was registered only on 07.11.2023 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 509(ii) of the IPC, that the investigation is in progress and that if, in the course of investigation, the second respondent collects sufficient materials, the offenses will be altered accordingly.
3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to continue with the investigation effectively and based on the materials collected during the course of investigation, either alter the first information report or file the final report by adding the necessary offences made out.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. 2/4
