O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the second respondent herein to comply with the order dated 31.07.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madurantakam in the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C.

2. Heard Mr.G.Mageshkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that as on today the second respondent did not complete the investigation and no report was filed before the concerned Court.

4. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to register the case and complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madruanthagam, on 02.08.2017 in Diary No.854 of 2018.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
