The petition is filed to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the fair and decretal order dated 23.10.2017 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Kanchipuram in IOP No.1 of 2015.

2.Since the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection in allowing the petition and the petitioner has shown sufficient cause for condoning the delay, the petition is allowed and the delay of 31 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is condoned.
