Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent from registering any document presented by the fifth respondent pertaining to the property of the petitioner situated at Vellore District, Katpadi Taluk, Sevoor Village in Survey No.324/1B2 measuring to an extent of 50 cents till the disposal of the appeal pending before the first respondent in Na.Ka.Tee.3/3299/2018.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the fifth respondent would submit that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous since the appeal filed by the petitioner was disposed of on 28.04.2018. A proceeding dated 28.04.2018 passed by the first respondent has also been placed on record.

2.In view of the fact that the appeal has already been disposed of, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is closed.
