This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para no.6(b) in Crl.OP.No.93 of 2023 on 05.01.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, T-8, Guduvancherry Police Station, Chengalpattu, daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
