[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 39 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for respondents 1 to 5. Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 6th respondent. They have no serious objection in allowing the petition. Respondents 7 to 15 were given up by the appellant. Hence, they are removed from the array of parties in this CMP as well as the writ appeal.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
