ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.39036 of 2015, by order dated 21.12.2015, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2015 with regard to the police protection for conducting service/prayers and to pass appropriate orders purely on merits, after affording an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ opportunity of personal bearing to the petitioner as well

as to the necessary parties, within a period of three weeks. 2.Now, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 21.12.2015 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the direction of this Court, police protection was given as requested by the petitioner and thus, the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the present contempt petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub-Application is closed.
