ORDER

Mr. Conscious Elango, the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner submits that he do not want to press this Criminal Revision and wanted to withdraw the same as no cause of action at present stands for adjudication by this Court.

2. Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent as well as Mr. K. Balasubramaniam, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent have no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner.

3. Accordingly, in view of the statement made before the Bar by Mr.Conscious Elango, the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected M.P.No.12983 of 2020 also stands witdhdranwn. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
