ORDER

In view of the limited prayer sought for owing to disputes between the petitioner and the second and third respondents, the present petition has been filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner.

2.The petitioner has given a complaint dated 29.01.2018 to the first respondent herein to survey the land of the said Deepalakshmi. Thereafter, the said representation was also given by the Deepalakshmi to the Tahsildar in this regard seeking for police protection and since the complaint has not been considered, it necessitated him to file the present petition. The petitioner is directed to make a representation to the first respondent herein seeking for a necessary protection to survey the land and on receipt of such representation, the first respondent shall consider it on its own merits and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate orders within a period of 4 weeks from the date of such representation. Such an exercise, shall be completed after giving due opportunity to the petitioner, as well as the respondents 2 and 3. The parties are at liberty to establish their right by adducing documents in their support. With these observations this Criminal Original petition is ordered accordingly.
