Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 8 to conduct an enquiry regarding the malpractice committed by the 9th respondent while obtaining school building approval and reorganization and pass orders directing the 9th respondent not to use the unapproved building for functioning of school by considering the petitioner's representations dated 25.05.2023 and 12.07.2023. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.

2. The issue raised in this writ petition is with regard to illegal construction raised by the 9th respondent. It is found that this petition has remained pending without any notice being issued to the other party.

2.1. It appears that another writ petition was filed in W.P.No.16311 of 2025 by one S.Nagalakshmi raising similar issue wherein this Court found that some violation had taken place and directed enquiry to be held. The petition was disposed of on 07.08.2025 with the direction to complete the exercise within a period of twelve weeks.

3. In view of the order dated 07.08.2025, at this stage, we are not inclined to pass any order in this petition, as both the petitions are

in the nature of Public Interest Litigation and in one petition, direction has already been issued.

This petition is, therefore, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
