ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 16.08.2010 made in I.A.No.1135 of 2010 in O.S.No. 1171 of 2008 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Salem.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Ms.M.Srividhya, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent on instructions has submitted that the 1st respondent had already died in the year 2017 itself, therefore nothing survives in the present petition, which is filed to conduct DNA test to the 1st respondent.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
