Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that these Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 AM until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.18977 of 2020 dated 04.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.ABDUL BASITH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18977 of 2020 dated 04.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.18977 of 2020 dated 04.12.2020. is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
