The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records relating to the second respondent's proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.4220/18/Tho.Vey.Sa dated 19.06.2019 and consequential proceedings of third respondent made in Na.Ka.No.3193/2016/Tho.Vey.Sa dated 21.11.2019 and 12.12.2019 and quash the same.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel Page No.2 of 5
appearing for the third respondent submitted a status report dated 12.06.2023 and 13.06.2023 respectively, wherein it is stated that the petitioner viz., T.Saroja has been promoted from Junior Clerk to Clerk on 12.06.2023 and the fifth respondent viz., A.Anandhi was also appointed as Junior Clerk on 13.06.2023 by the fourth respondent. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and prayed this Court to close the same.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also acknowledged the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.
4. The status report dated 12.06.2023 and 13.06.2023 have been taken on record by this Court.
5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent and recording the status report dated 12.06.2023 and 13.06.2023, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
