Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the detenue by name Prasanthi, D/o.Sivakumar, who has been illegally detained by the third respondent herein, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Prasanthi, D/o.Sivakumar, to cause production of his wife, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court. The petitioner/husband of the detenue is also before us. 3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she married the petitioner on her volition.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
