(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The grievance of the petitioner is that encroachments are taking place in water area and adjacent land and yet no action has been taken by the respondents. In this behalf, a representation dated 22.02.2016 has been made by the petitioner to the respondents.

2.We direct that the representation of the petitioner be disposed of by the first respondent in accordance with law by a speaking order within a maximum period of one (1) month from today.
