WP. 13928 of 2003 Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent relating to his proceedings in NA.KA.No. 2065/CP.NIR2/2001 dated 04.04.2001 and quash the same and direct the 3rd respondent to pay the grant for the salary of the petitioner withall attendent benefit from 12.10.2000.

J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.] This appeal is directed against the order dated 12.06.2017 in W.P.No.13928 of 2003 dismissing the Writ Petition filed by the appellant for regularisation of her appointment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. This Court has passed a string of orders directing the Government to consider the case of the appellant sympathetically taking into account the fact that she has been taking classes for the differently abled.

3. When the appeal is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.19, Welfare of Differently Abled Persons (DAP-1) Department, dated 14.06.2018 indicating that the Government have confirmed the appointment of the appellant as a Secondary Grade Teacher.

4. In view of the subsequent events indicated above, nothing survives for adjudication.

5. The intra Court appeal is disposed of with the above observation.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
