This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.36 of 2014 pending on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.36 of 2014 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed even in the year 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.184 of 2016 for offence under Section 420 and 407 IPC.
