Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to conduct inquiry into petitioner's appeal application dated 12.11.2024 against the 2nd respondent's impugned order, dated 25.10.2024 in Na.ka 4541 / 2022 / a2.

The Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct the 1st respondent to conduct inquiry into petitioner's appeal application dated 12.11.2024 against the 2nd respondent's impugned order, dated 25.10.2024 in Na.ka 4541 / 2022 / a2".

2. Mr. A.Selvendran, Special Government Pleader would submit that the authority who has to consider the representation is the District Revenue Officer, Kanchipuram, who is not made a party to the proceedings.

3. Therefore, this Court suo motu impleads the District Revenue Officer, Kanchipuram, as the 4th respondent.

4. The petitioner shall submit her representation to the 4th respondent, within a period of 1 week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and within a period of 12 weeks therefrom, the 4th respondent shall consider the representation and pass orders.
