COMMON ORDER The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the orders passed in WMP.Nos.5138 & 5140/2017 in WP.Nos.4908 & 40909/2017 dated 28.02.2017, came forward to file the present contempt petitions.

The learned Government Advocate would submit that the order has been complied with vide proceedings dated 27.10.2017 in Na.Ka.No.1877/Aa3/2017 by the District Educational Officer. She has also produced a copy of the said proceedings before this Court. The same is taken on file and record.

In the light of the same, the contempt petitions are closed. Consequently, connected sub applications are closed.
