A.No.293 of 2022 has been filed by the petitioners in O.P.No.678 of 2021 seeking permission to file a reply statement to the counter filed by the respondent in O.P.No.678 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. Post both the original petitions before the learned Master for recording evidence. The parties are directed to extend their fullest cooperation and the learned Master is directed to complete the recording of evidence within 15 days and also directed to send the report along with the documents marked, if any and the depositions, if any, on or before 01.03.2022.

5. Post the matter on 03.03.2022.
