This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.04.2014.
2. The petitioner filed a complaint dated 07.04.2014 before the respondent police alleging that while he was travelling in a car he lost his money. Suspecting the driver, he has given a complaint before the respondent police.
3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent would submit that in the above complaint, an enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed as mistake of fact and further action was dropped.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to send the copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
