2.CMP.No.1896 of 2023 has been filed to remove the 1st Petitioner viz., D.Shenbagavalli, from the guardianship of the 3rd claim Petitioner viz., D.Senthilkumar.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for R4.
