O R D E R

Mr.M.Varunkumar, learned standing counsel takes notice for the first respondent. Since this writ petition is being disposed of, without affecting the interest of the second respondent, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus, forbearing the first respondent from taking the electricity line through his land at S.No.122 of Elayasandram Village, Chennasandram Panchayath, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, for the purpose of providing electricity connection to the second respondent.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said objection made by the petitioner through his representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 13.03.2017 has not been considered so far.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.03.2017 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, if no order is passed so far, after hearing the petitioner as well as the second respondent and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
