The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 187 days in filing the application to review the order passed in C.R.P.No.1513 of 2016.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated by the petitioner that he has acquired knowledge about the order passed in the revision only after the receipt of notice from the Court below.

3. In view of the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 187 days is condoned .

4. Registry is directed to number the Review Application and list it for hearing on 24.04.2023.
