O R D E R

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 29.03.2021 made by the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr. T. Chezhiyan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents takes notice for the respondents.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that, in addition to the name of the petitioner, one more name viz., Geetha Menon has erroneously been included in computerized patta No.65 which was issued by the 4th respondent in respect of Page No:2/6

the lands purchased by the petitioner. Though the petitioner made several representations for rectification of the erroneous inclusion of another name in the computerized patta No.605 before the respondents 1 & 4, however, same was not considered. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner had made a representation dated 29.03.2021 to the respondents 2 to 4. However, till date, the same has not been considered. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking the above relief.

4. Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 29.03.2021 and dispose of the same on merits, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel on the either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Upon perusal of the materials available on record, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 4th respondent herein to to consider Page No:3/6

the representation dated 29.03.2021 and dispose of the same on merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
