This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the Respondents to comply with the order dated 05.08.2022 in W.P. No. 5020 of 2016 passed by the Court.

It has been brought to notice that in compliance of the order dated 05.08.2022 in W.P. No. 5020 of 2016 passed by the Court, separate orders have been passed by the First Respondent in respect of each of the Petitioners as per the details shown hereunder:- Sl.

In view of the aforesaid action taken, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but if the respective Petitioners still have any grievance to be redressed in the matter, they are not precluded from working out their rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
