The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 447, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC and under section 3(2) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.89 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent of the offences; that they are having permanent residence; that they will co-operate with the investigation; that there is no bad antecedent; that the will co-operate with the investigation and therefore, prays that the petitioners may be granted anticipatory bail.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the petition contending that the property, viz., fencing and pipe lines, worth about Rs.50,000/- has been damaged by the petitioners on 3.3.2016 and investigation has not yet over.
5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and and the fact that there is no bad antecedent against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No1, Udumalpet and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
7.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed. 05.05.2016 Rj Crl.O.P.No. 10478 of 2016
