No.71-9A1A3A at Ealathur Village, Kadayampatti Taluk, Salem District as per the sale deed dated 18.03.2020 registered in the office of sub registrar omalur in Document No.2240 and issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner by making appropriate sub division by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 14.11.2025 and 18.12.2025 within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by her, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had submitted a representation dated 18.12.2025 seeking for survey and demarcation of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents 2 and 3, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the respondents 2 and 3 deem fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the land in question, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land

owners, and also to any other party, whom the respondents 2 and 3 deem fit to enquire.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents 2 and 3 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(c) If any need arises, the respondents 2 and 3 are permitted to submit a petition for police assistance, and upon receipt of such request, the concerned jurisdictional police shall render necessary police assistance for conducting survey and demarcation of the subject property.
