ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.01 of 2013 dated 03.01.2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent to some other investigating agency for investigation.
2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his counsel.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that on completion of investigation in Crime No.01 of 2013, the 2nd respondent reporting that the case has been "Further Action Dropped" and no further action needs to be taken and filed a report before the Tahsildar, Vannur. 4.In view of the same, there is no necessity to transfer the complaint as prayed by the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the above case and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
