The petitioners have not taken any effective steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondents. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to extend the stay granted by this Court on 09.11.2010. The trial Court is directed to proceed the case in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
