The petitioners have filed the present writ petitions seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the third respondent to effect electricity service connections to their properties bearing S.Nos.165, 1305 of an extent of 700 sq.ft. and 512 sq.ft. respectively situated at Banavaram Road, Kaveripakkam.
3. Learned standing counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that already the electricity service connections were effected in favour of the petitioners. Hence, no further orders is necessary in these petitions.
4. Recording the submission made by learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent that the electricity service connections were effected in favour of the petitioners, no further adjudication is necessary in these petitions. Accordingly, these writ petitions are closed. No costs.
