ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported before this Court that the respondent/tenant is

died and he also seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. To that effect, he has also filed a memo dated 27.01.2020 and the said memo is recorded.

2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the legal heirs of the respondent are not known, hence, the Civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate her case as and when the details of the respondent's legal heirs are known. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
