It is submitted that due to petitioner's unawareness and inadvertence, she has not handed over the necessary papers to her counsel for filing the Second Appeal. Therefore, there is a delay of 24 days in filing the Second Appeal. 3.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for R1, R2, R7 and R8. No one entered appearance for R3. Despite taking notice to R4 to R6, notices were returned as "Left Without Instruction".
4.
Considering the fact that the delay in filing Second Appeal is only 24 days and reason stated by the learned counsel for petitioner for the delay is convincing, this Court is inclined to condone the delay and allow this application. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
