ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order of Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem taking cognizance on the final report submitted by the 1st respondent in C.C.No.134 of 2012 and consequently direct the 1st respondent for further investigation in Cr.No.520 of 2012 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent Police submitted that based on the order passed by this Court dated 07.09.2014 in Crl.R.C.No.606 of 2014, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem closed the entire proceedings in C.C.No.134 of 2012 on dated 18.12.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
