This application has been filed to recognize and bring on record the proposed respondent namely Thara Bai, D/o.Sajjanlal, No.195, New No.122, Annasalai, Opp. To Vaisyal Street, Pondicherry as 5th respondent in the above captioned Second Appeal.

2. Mr.T.Siva Sundaram, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present miscellaneous petition.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection in allowing the present petition and being satisfied with the same, the miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
