O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by DR.S.VIMALA,J.,) This petition has been filed by the father of the detenue, seeking directions to the respondents to produce his daughter N.Sathaya, aged about 24 years.

2. Today, the detenue is produced before this Court. The detenue has produced her marriage certificate, which shows that she, being a Civil Engineer, has married one R.Kirubakaran, being an Electricial Engineer, residing at Vinayakarthoopu, Nagapattinam. The detenue also submitted that she wants to continue her marital life with her husband R.Kirubakaran.
