This criminal Revision has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3387 of 2020 on the file of the District and Sessions Judge (FAC), Nagapattinam dated 18.12.2020 and grant interim custody of the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 51 K 8258 in favour of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
