COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to call for the records in STC.Nos.106 of 2015, 105 of 2015 and 104 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Trichengode and to quash the same. 2.It is stated that trial in STC.Nos.106 of 2015, 105 of 2015 and 104 of 2015 have commenced before the Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level) Trichengode and are at advanced stage. Therefore, it may be extremely inappropriate to keep the present Criminal Original Petitions are still pending on the file of this Court and a direction is given to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level) Trichengode, to proceed with the trial and to give a disposal as expeditiously as possible. 3.With the said observations all the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
