They apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 185 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, 75 of TNCP Act and 506(1) of I.P.C. in Crime No.Not known of 2021. Accordingly, they have filed this petition seeking for anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no case is pending with the respondent police and also there is no petition pending against the petitioners before the respondent police.
