(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to amend the cause title by incorporating Patanjali Foods Limited formerly known as Ruchi Soya Industries Limited since Patanjali Foods Limited had acquired the first respondent company.

2.There is no dispute over this particular fact.

3.In view of that reason, this petition stands allowed. Registry to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
