O R D E R

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the sole respondent had died as early as on 21.09.1999 and that no steps have been taken sofar to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the order impugned in the Civil Revision Petition is dated 09.02.2010, i.e., the respondent had died even prior to the passing of the order in E.P.No.123 of 2005.

2. In these circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
