Mr.Gowrishankar, the learned counsel states that he has entered appearance for the respondents in CRP and vakalat has been filed on 17.08.2023.

2. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of C.M.P.Nos.2246 & 2366 of 2023 and the delay is condoned and C.M.P.Nos.2246 & 2366 of 2023 are accordingly ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.Nos.2246 & of 2023, C.M.P.Nos.2249, 2251, 2369 & 2370 of 2023 are also ordered.

3. Office is directed to carry out the amendment.
